Lodging

The Cook Hotel is located adjacent to the Cook Conference Center, allowing participants quick and convenient access to and from lodging quarters over the course of the meeting. The Cook Hotel overlooks the scenic University Lake on the Louisiana State University Campus and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and night life. Conference lodging will be reserved for participants until April 18th, 2025, at which point available rooms will be reopened to the public.

Breakfast each day will be provided by the Lod Cook Hotel from 6-9:30 AM for registered hotel guests. Hotel designated check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Early arrivals and late departures can only be honored based on availability. .
