This 2-day Oroboros Workshop will take place in the Huey P. Long Field House at the Louisiana State University School of Kinesiology. This training course introduces the Oroboros O2k and NextGen-O2k including DatLab 8. Participants will receive an introduction to SUIT protocols. Hands-on experiments will then illustrate the principle and show the unique advantages of high-resolution respirometry, followed by data analysis and a discussion on interpretation. Advanced applications, including the Q-module, NADH-module, Oxia, and simultaneous fluorometry, will be covered. The workshop will precede the MiPschool.
